Getting customers back to stores post COVID
While the COVID-19 pandemic continues to pose enormous health and economic challenges for everybody, the retail sector has, perhaps, been the most hard-hit of all sectors. Reeling from government mandated shut-downs, social-distancing rules and sweeping changes in customer behaviours, retailers are now facing the reality of having to pro-actively bring Customers Back to Store.
