From the dashboard, the department view is accessed by selecting the orange icon. All departments can be viewed using the scroll bar on the right.
- All departments can be viewed using the standard browser scroll bar on the right to scroll down the page.
- For each main department (or domain), the current and optimum space (1 & 2 in Figure below) is represented by the graphs as well as the proportion of planograms changing within that department (3 in Figure below).
- Selecting the blue “view details” box (4 in Figure below) opens up the lowest level of detail- the planograms belonging to that department
- For each of the planograms, the table (1 in Figure below) shows: current space and its participation within the department, optimum space and participation, the rounding according the retailers modularisation rules ( eg 130cm), and the space change shown in units or percentage
- Any merged planograms are indicated by the eye
symbol (2 in Figure below) and can be viewed.
